Frequently asked questions

Does Naosaki only verify that a page responds?

No. A Robot replays a multi-step web journey in a real browser and checks expected outcomes. Naosaki remains black-box monitoring rather than an APM installed in the application.

Can a journey include sign-in?

Yes. Secret Actions encrypt sensitive values at rest and mask them in reports. The journey and required test data must be defined during scoping.

What evidence is available when an execution fails?

Depending on the execution, the Analysis and its Treatment preserve material including screenshots, logs, requests, an Excel export and scrubbed Error DOM. Failure Classes classify the symptom; they do not automatically determine its root cause.

How do teams receive an alert?

Email is the only product alert channel available today. A Failure Alert is sent under the configured conditions after the Retry Budget is exhausted.

Which online journey is critical to your operation?

Describe its steps, expected outcome and main difficulty. We assess the useful checks and evidence with you.
